"La Graffa is a must grab and bite, with happiness. To top it up, must enjoy the great Espresso in its best Italian way. This place is the “go to” whenever returning or going up to other cities, from the sweet Napoli. My thanks to the team, who are effectively handling the non stops needs of the customers using the all day busy train station."

"My bus arrived at 5:00 AM, and it was great to find a place inside the station selling something warm even at that hour. After a ten-hour bus ride, I really appreciated their service. The products I got were quality and generously sized – especially the croissant. I also had coffee, everything was delicious, and the service was very fast. You eat standing up, but the food is tasty. Highly recommend and thanks for providing such a service!"

"Located inside the Napoli Train station near platform 20. You can order on either the trains platform side or the shopping side. We orders dui cafe (two espressos) and it came with tonic water. Which was much needed because the espressos were very strong and delicious. we also missed rush hour so the line wasn’t too long and we paid with apple pay"

"Oh My Goodness! Where do I start?! Stumbled upon this place as we were waiting for our connecting train. Decided to grab a coffee for a little pick me up and one La Graffa to try. Heads up, one La Graffa was definitely not enough! My husband and I demolished it without realising it. It was warm, pillow soft, fresh and melted in the mouth with each bite. Definitely on par with the original glazed KK donuts (If you know what I mean). It was THAT good that we ended up buying another 2 before boarding Highly recommend !!!"

"The service is really quick. Orders shall be served in less than 5 minutes. The bread is delicious. The plain cornetto is good to go with espresso. Eating there means eating while standing up."

"Convenient location offering multiple food options for the busy train takers. I ordered classic American cheese burger, the meat patty is very fresh and juicy, the bun is also pretty good. The only problem is the wait time, I had to wait 20 minutes to get the food."
